My Journey
I am passionate about hypnotherapy because I have personally experienced incredible transformations through hypnotic trances. What to Expect
During our first session, which typically lasts about 90 minutes, I will work with you to analyze the specific issue you want to change and identify your desired goals. I take the time to understand your unique situation and ensure that hypnotherapy is the right fit for your issue.
If we determine that hypnosis can effectively address your concerns, we will schedule a subsequent session, which generally lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. During these sessions, I will guide you into a relaxed state where we can work together to facilitate the changes you seek.
