Special Focus on Neurodivergence (ADHD & ADD etc. )
With extensive personal and professional experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and ADD, I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with these conditions. My approach is supportive and adaptive, aiming to empower clients to harness their potential while addressing obstacles they may face.
Focused Support for Teenagers
As a person with 6 siblings, I had the perfect opportunity to observe what challenges face young people from a very early age!! In fact, I consider it the reason I chose to choose psychology at university. I am particularly experienced in working with teenagers who struggle at school, whether due to academic pressures, behavioral challenges, or social issues. My coaching helps them build confidence, develop coping strategies, and find practical solutions that enable them to thrive.
